Refund and Returns Policy

At SQYN, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand our return and exchange process.

Return Process:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery by emailing us at sqyn@primeglobaluae.com with your Order Number and the reason for return.

Once your request is submitted, our delivery partner will arrange to pick up the item within 1-2 days. Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and the same SQYN box it was delivered in.

Terms & Conditions for Return/Exchange:

Return/Exchange can only be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be in its original packaging and the same SQYN box.
If the above conditions are not met, we will not be able to process your return/exchange.

Refund Process:

Payments made online will be refunded through the Original Mode of Payment within 7-10 Working Days.
Payments made by cash or card on delivery will be issued store credit or refunded in cash within 7-10 Working Days.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
For orders eligible for free delivery or paid delivery, a deduction of AED 26 in UAE or relevant International Fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Incorrect Item Received:

If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please accept our apologies. We will review each case individually and require further information, such as pictures, to align the best course of action. Please contact us immediately at sqyn@primeglobaluae.com with your concerns.

Damaged/Faulty Item:

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please accept the delivery and contact us immediately at sqyn@primeglobaluae.com. Please attach pictures of the damaged product to expedite the return process.

Product Authenticity:

At SQYN, we guarantee the authenticity of all our products sourced directly from brands and official distributors. If you have any concerns regarding the authenticity of your product, please contact us at sqyn@primeglobaluae.com with pictures of the product for investigation.

Please note that we do not guarantee a replacement of the product in case of authenticity concerns.
