Do I need to pay for delivery

AED 20 delivery fee is applied to the order if it's below AED 150. Free delivery on all orders above AED 150

How many days does it take to deliver?

We deliver within 1-2 working days. During Peak season, please expect slight delays in your orders. We try to deliver most of our orders within 1 Working day.

How to track my order

A tracking link will be sent to your registered Email address with the website. You will also receive the tracking link via WhatsApp.

How do I return an Item if I am not interested anymore.

We currently do not accept refunds, returns or exchange. We can only do a refund or return if the product was received in damage condition.

How long does it take to refund

Please allow 7 Business days for the refunds to reflect in Bank statement.

Can I get a refund for Cash orders

We issue credits in the form of a coupon that can be used on your next purchase with us.

Refund on Credit Card Payments

All refunds will be issued to the same credit card or debit card that was used at the time of purchase. The Refunds are issued immediately, It takes 7 business days to reflect in the Bank statement.

I am not available at my location at the time of delivery

If you are not available at the location for delivery, Please contact us via Email or WhatsApp and we will reschedule your order to a later delivery date. Please note that we can reschedule order for one time.

Can I reserve an item not found on the website?

Yes you can. Please let us know your location, We will contact the nearest store to you to check if the item is available.
